With 25 years in real estate, Shanti brings both experience and passion to her role on The Cathy Bier Team. After graduating from Southern Illinois University in 2001, she immersed herself in the business, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the industry from the ground up. She joined the team in 2007 as Cathy’s full-time assistant and immediately obtained her broker’s license, expanding her knowledge and professional capabilities.
Today, as the team’s Listing Manager, Shanti blends organization, strategy, and creativity to guide each property from preparation to closing. A skilled descriptive writer, home stager, and organizer, she ensures each property is beautifully presented and thoughtfully marketed. And her love of architecture and deep knowledge of La Grange, Brookfield, and the surrounding near-west communities enhances her service to clients throughout the listing process.
